Accessibility
Accessibility isn't a feature of this website — it's the point of it. We build for the people we support, and we aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we've built in
- Every page works with a keyboard alone — press Tab to move through links and buttons, with a clearly visible focus indicator
- Text and background colours meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements throughout
- All images have text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers
- Pages use proper headings and landmarks, so screen reader users can jump straight to content
- Text can be resized to 200% in your browser without breaking the layout
- Animations are disabled automatically if your device is set to reduce motion
- Forms have visible labels, clear error messages, and never time out
