Personal Care
NDIS funding: Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life

Personal care is support with the everyday essentials: showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and moving safely around your home. It is delivered by trained support workers who respect your privacy, dignity and preferences — the way you like things done, at the times that suit your routine.
What this support includes
- Assistance with showering, dressing and grooming
- Meal preparation and help at mealtimes
- Medication prompts and monitoring
- Safe transfers and mobility support
- Consistent workers you know and trust
Common questions
Can I have the same support worker each visit?
We roster for consistency. You will have a small, familiar team rather than a stream of strangers, and you can request changes at any time.
